NECPA Accreditation Fees

As a non-profit organization, our mission is to encourage and recognize as many high quality programs as possible. With this mission as a guide, we have kept our Accreditation fees highly competitive and with your financial success in mind. Additionally, many states offer partial, if not full accreditation fee support. Contact your local licensing agency today to see what benefits your state offers. The below fees are based upon your program's licensed capacity.

Expedited National Accreditation Council (NAC) Results

For programs who would like to have the Council results of their visit within 2 weeks from the date their visit materials arrive at the NECPA Office.

Annual Renewal Report

Programs are required to submit an annual report within 30 days of their accreditation anniversary date—one for each of the first two years of accreditation. These are used to verify continuing compliance with NECPA Standards.

Verification Cancellation and Visit Reschedule Form (more than 30 days prior to the scheduled date)

For programs that cancel and reschedule a confirmed verification visit at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date

Returned Check Fee

If any check is returned by your bank, your program will be charged a returned check fee.

Deferred with Items Fee

If your program has been issued a Deferred with Items Letter please submit this form along with requested documentation to the NECPA Commission.

Deferred with Revisit Fee

The purpose of this form is to notify the NECPA Commission that your program has reviewed the deferred items, made necessary changes, and is ready to begin scheduling your deferral verification visit.
